Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard will have reduced lanes Thursday, April 23, as the city carries out a tree removal project. The road will be limited to one lane in each direction between 4th Street and Naches Avenue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The city says access to properties in the project area will be maintained throughout the work. Drivers should expect possible delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes when possible.
The lane restriction is scheduled to last one day. The city did not specify which trees are being removed or provide additional details about the project.
