Sunnyside PUD, Yakima Site Plan Approved

Sunnyside City Council and Yakima City Council approved two development proposals this week. Sunnyside is reviewing a 62-lot residential PUD at 2500 E Lincoln Ave, while Yakima City is reviewing a 16-lot site plan at 905 S 72nd Ave.
