Work to raise overhead utility lines near Nob Hill Boulevard and Fair Avenue will cause overnight traffic disruptions from June 29 through July 1.
From 9:00 pm to 6:00 am each night, single-lane closures will be in effect around the intersection. Traffic signals will switch to flashing red during work hours. The project area includes Nob Hill Boulevard and Fair Avenue, with closures affecting both directions of traffic.
The City of Yakima Public Works department confirmed the closures are necessary to complete utility line upgrades. Drivers are advised to expect delays and seek alternate routes during the overnight hours.
